Our commitment to your privacy
At Vitthub, privacy is a design constraint. We believe financial tools should be accessible without compromising your personal data. Our calculators are engineered to work entirely within your browser — no data is ever sent to our servers, and no login is ever required.
Information we do not collect
Vitthub does not collect any of the following:
- Personal identification information — name, email, phone number
- Financial data entered into our calculators — loan amounts, interest rates, investment values, salary figures
- Payment or banking information
- Location data or IP addresses for tracking purposes
How our calculators work
All calculations are performed client-side using JavaScript in your web browser. When you enter numbers into our EMI, SIP, or tax-regime tools, the data never leaves your device. There are no server requests, no APIs called, and no databases involved. You can verify this by checking your browser's network tab while using any calculator.
Cookies, analytics & advertising
We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation, Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — total page views, most-used calculators, bounce rates. We do not use cookies to profile individual users or build cross-site advertising audiences of our own.
Our site is funded by Google AdSense. AdSense and our analytics tools may place cookies on your device to serve ads, measure their effectiveness, and understand how the site is used. To respect your choices we ship our own consent banner on every visit and signal your decision to Google via the Consent Mode v2 framework, which means analytics and ads tags are wired to read your preference and adjust their behaviour accordingly. Until you make a choice, every non-essential cookie bucket is set to denied by default.
Your consent choices
On your first visit a banner appears with three actions: Reject non-essential, Customize, and Accept all. The two main actions are equally prominent — withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it. Your choice is saved in your browser's localStorage for six months and then we'll ask again. You can revisit it any time by clicking Cookie preferences in the footer.
The banner exposes four independent buckets:
- Strictly necessary — always on. Used to remember your country and theme. No tracking value.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation) and Microsoft Clarity. Aggregate-only.
- Advertising — AdSense ad delivery and click measurement (post-approval).
- Personalised ads — show ads matched to inferred interests rather than generic ones.
Rejecting non-essential cookies does not break any feature on the site — every calculator still runs entirely in your browser.
Third-party services
Vitthub integrates with Google AdSense for display advertising, Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic stats, and Microsoft Clarity for behavioural analytics. All three process data according to their own privacy policies — linked below. We do not share your financial inputs with any of them; only standard browser metadata (page URL, viewport size, referrer) is transmitted.

We do not use social-media tracking pixels, remarketing tags, or marketing-automation platforms.
PDF reports
When you download a PDF report from any calculator, the PDF is generated entirely in your browser using client-side libraries. The report is created and saved directly to your device — nothing passes through our servers.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will be reflected here with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
